General Returns Policy
Returns - Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your
merchandise if you wish to return or exchange an item. Be sure to use a
trackable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS and insure the package
for the full value of your item. A full refund of the purchase price
will be given when the merchandise is received in its original condition with the receipt. You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by rondacoryell.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Custom Orders - are welcome and encouraged! Contact us for an estimate.
A 50% deposit will be required at time of order with the balance due
prior to shipping. I will be in close communication with you while your piece is being made and will work with you for your satisfaction. All custom designs are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Sales Tax - CA residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 8.5%.
Shipping will be UPS unless otherwise requested.
